We are small, woman-owned business with a network of specialists at our disposal. Headed by DaiLynn Dietz, dL thoughtWorks was founded to help businesses address problems without simple solutions, and to allow herself to chase her passion of sifting through wicked challenges.

DaiLynn has been a human centered design practitioner since 2016, where she got her start in an innovation management office conducting user research, building rapid prototypes, and getting buy in from C-Suite stakeholders.

She’s taken the skillsets learned from days of pure innovation into the world of IT, applying user first principles to a wide array of projects ranging from ERP replacements to defect management. She believes that user centered thinking has a place in technology beyond user interfaces and external facing products.
