Our Guiding Principles

Data, technology, and behavior comprise the systems that define work today

Our Toolkit

  • We’ll map out the key users and stakeholders in your existing processes. By getting to know the players, we’ll be able to better work with their natural inclinations rather than fight it. We bring an open mind and thoughtful questions to every interview, looking for patterns and themes in the stories we hear without accidental leading.

  • A good workshop can accelerate return on investment at any stage of the process, ranging from initial research, to solutioning, to prototype validation. A key tenet in our workshop design is to include a diversity of thought and to establish an environment of freely shared thoughts to ensure all perspectives critical to your process have a seat at the table.

  • It's hard to talk about ideas when they’re not yet tangible, and even harder for stakeholders to evaluate them. That’s why we offer prototyping services for the systems and products we help you design. We utilize techniques like wire framing, Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development, and targeted and isolated implementations of systems to give you and your users a glimpse at what could be to facilitate more meaningful conversations.

  • A cold handoff never serves anyone well. To make sure any processes or systems we leave you with at the end of the engagement are well supported, we generated documentation in your existing systems and host live training sessions for anything you want extra attention on.

  • To make sure we use what’s on hand efficiently, we review existing relevant system architecture and available data to ensure our recommendations are immediately actionable. We’ll take the lens of maximizing usage of existing systems where it makes sense, and setting them up for integrations with upcoming technologies such as AI platforms and improved cloud resiliency.
